Cloud Realm International Limited（下称“本公司”“我们”，中文名称：星河智能科技有限公司，香港公司编号 80588399）尊重并保护访问者与客户的个人资料。本政策说明我们收集哪些信息、如何使用与保存，以及你享有的权利。本政策依据香港《个人资料（私隐）条例》（第 486 章）制定，并在适用范围内参照欧盟《通用数据保护条例》（GDPR）与《加州消费者隐私法》（CCPA）的要求。
1. 我们收集的信息
- 你主动提供的信息：通过网站表单或邮件提交的姓名、公司名称、电子邮箱、电话与需求描述。
- 合作过程中产生的信息：服务协议、发票与结算记录、项目沟通记录。
我们不会主动收集身份证件号码、银行卡完整号码或任何敏感个人资料。
2. 信息的使用目的
- 回复咨询、提供报价与签署服务协议；
- 交付已约定的服务并进行项目沟通；
- 开具发票、完成收付款与财务记录保存；

本网站全站启用 HTTPS 加密传输。我们对内部访问采取最小权限原则，并限制可接触客户资料的人员范围。但请注意，任何通过互联网传输的数据都无法保证绝对安全。
7. 你的权利
- 查询我们是否持有你的个人资料，并索取副本；
- 要求更正不准确或不完整的资料；
- 要求删除不再需要的资料；
- 撤回此前给予的同意；

8. 跨境数据传输
由于我们的客户与服务器可能位于香港以外地区，你的信息可能被传输至其他司法管辖区处理。我们会确保此类传输具备与本政策相当的保护水平。

本网站面向企业客户，不面向 18 岁以下人士，我们不会有意收集未成年人的个人资料。

Privacy Policy (English Summary)
Cloud Realm International Limited (Hong Kong Company No. 80588399) collects only the information you submit through our contact form or by email — name, company, email address, phone number and project description — together with contract, invoice and settlement records for engaged clients.
We use this information solely to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver contracted services, issue invoices, and comply with applicable legal, tax and anti-money-laundering obligations. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Information may be shared only with service providers strictly necessary for delivery (hosting, email, advertising platforms, payment processors), professional advisers, or where disclosure is required by law. This site uses one strictly necessary session cookie and does not use website analytics.
Enquiry data is retained for 24 months after last contact; contractual and financial records are retained for at least 7 years as required under Hong Kong law. You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent at any time by writing to contact@cloudrealmglobal.com; we will respond within 30 days.
