Refund & Cancellation Policy (English Summary)

All services provided by Cloud Realm International Limited are customised professional services. A full refund is available within 7 calendar days of the initial payment provided no substantive delivery work has begun.

Project-based work: 70% refund before the first design or prototype is submitted; 40% after the first design but before development begins; no refund for delivered portions once development has started, with unstarted modules refunded pro rata; no refund after acceptance, subject to the rework guarantee below.

Retained services: may be cancelled on 30 days' written notice, effective from the next billing cycle. Fees for a cycle already commenced are non-refundable. Advertising media budgets are paid by the client directly to the platforms from the client's own accounts; refunds of unspent media budget are governed by those platforms.

Commission-based matchmaking: no advance payment is taken. Commission is charged only on confirmed completed transactions, and is refunded in full within 30 days if a transaction is subsequently shown not to have completed.

Rework guarantee: if deliverables do not match the agreed written scope, the client may raise a written objection within 14 days of acceptance and we will rework the deliverables at no charge until they conform to scope.

Refund requests should be sent to contact@cloudrealmglobal.com with the project name, invoice number and reason. We respond within 5 business days and, where approved, refund to the original payment method within 14 business days. Cross-border bank charges are borne by the requesting party.
