Cloud Realm International Limited (the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”; Chinese name: 星河智能科技有限公司; Company No. 80588399) respects and protects the personal data of visitors and clients. This policy explains the information we collect, how we use and retain it, and the rights available to you. It is prepared in accordance with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) and, where applicable, the principles of the GDPR and CCPA.
1. Information we collect
- Information you provide: your name, company name, email address, telephone number and description of your requirements when you use our website form or contact us by email.
- Information generated during an engagement: service agreements, invoices and settlement records, and project communications.
We do not intentionally collect identity-document numbers, full bank-card numbers or other sensitive personal data.
2. How we use information
- to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals and enter into service agreements;
- to deliver agreed services and communicate about projects;
- to issue invoices, process payments and maintain financial records;
- to improve our website content and service quality; and
- to comply with applicable legal, tax and anti-money-laundering obligations.

3. Sharing information

5. Data-retention periods
Enquiry information is retained for 24 months after our last contact. Contracts, invoices and settlement records relating to an engaged project are retained for at least 7 years from completion of the transaction, as required by Hong Kong law. Once the applicable retention period has expired, the information will be deleted or anonymized.
6. Data security
This website uses HTTPS encryption throughout. We apply the principle of least-privilege access internally and restrict the personnel who can access client information. However, no information transmitted over the internet can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.
7. Your rights
- to ask whether we hold your personal data and request a copy;
- to ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- to ask us to delete information that is no longer needed;
- to withdraw consent previously given; and
- to object to, or request restrictions on, particular processing activities.

8. Cross-border data transfers
As our clients and servers may be located outside Hong Kong, your information may be transferred to and processed in other jurisdictions. We will ensure that those transfers are subject to protections comparable to those described in this policy.

This website is intended for business clients and not for persons under 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect the personal data of minors.
